SprintRay Pro S Printer Accessories

The items on this page are accessories for the SprintRay Pro 55S or Pro 95S 3D dental printers and include the following options:

• Arch Kit enables your Pro S to print up to twice as fast. Designed for rapid, small-batch production, Arch Kit allows you to print up to 2 arches at once in as little as 13 minutes. The Arch Kit features the following components available individually or as a bundle:
  • SprintRay Pro S Arch Kit Build Platform is made from hard anodized aluminum for added durability and a powerful built-in heater. The 4.1”x2.3” print area can fit up to 3 full arches.
  • SprintRay Pro S Arch Kit Resin Tank with Optical Polish is designed for 3D printing SprintRay resins up to 2X faster than the standard build platform and resin tank. Now featuring Optical Polish, enabling users to 3D print dental appliances directly with a glossy, pre-polished surface, reducing the need for manual post-polishing and streamlining workflow and production time for nightguards, models, dentures, full-arch hybrids and more.
  • SprintRay Pro S Pro S Arch Kit Resin Tank has a 125 mL capacity for efficient resin usage and rapid heat transfer. Works in tandem with the Pro S printer to track resin usage and tank lifetime. This must be used with the Pro S Arch Kit Build Platform
• SprintRay Pro S Crown Kit uses a very small build platform and custom resin tank to maximize print speed, even with highly viscous ceramic resins. When paired with SprintRay Ceramic Crown resin, you can print up to 6 crowns in less than 10 minutes. Crown Kit is the first 3D printing solution designed specifically to fabricate ceramic restorations. With the Crown Kit, you can produce up to 6 single-unit crowns in 10 minutes, all while reducing resin waste:
  • SprintRay Crown Build Platform is a new, compact build platform with a hard anodized aluminum surface and powerful onboard heater. Its 1.5” x 2” build area can fit up to 6 single-unit crowns.
  • SprintRay Crown Resin Tank is a new, compact resin tank for SprintRay Pro S printers designed for 3D printing ceramic crowns. Features a 50 mL capacity for efficient resin usage and rapid heat transfer. Works in tandem with the Pro S printer to track resin usage and tank lifetime. The Crown Kit Resin Tank has an expected life of up to 15 litres of resin. Must be used with the Crown Kit Build Platform.
