Product Delivery

All orders placed by 12 pm ET will be shipped the same day (some exemptions may apply). Subsequent orders will be shipped the following day. All parcels are shipped via courier. Typically, most orders are delivered within 3-5 days. Product delivery charges vary by region.

For an additional charge, 2nd Day Air and Next Day delivery are available upon request. Please ask our sales representatives for details. These orders must be placed either by phone or in-person through your sales representative.

It is important to us to have all products delivered safely and efficiently. In the event of a problem, we have accurate records that allow us to resolve the issue quickly.

Risk and Title

All risk and title of the product(s) purchased from Clinical Research Dental Supplies and Services Inc. will transfer to the purchaser at the time of shipment.

International Shipping Exclusions

All Ribbond® products cannot be shipped to any Caribbean countries. All Ultradent™ products cannot be shipped to Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago.
