Danville MicroEtcher and MicroCab Accessories

Accessories to be used with Danville MicroEtcher and MicroCab for chairside sandblasting include:

Abrasives:

• Ortho Prophy SA-85 Abrasive, 85 Micron: Designed for removing resin, orthodontic pit and fissure resins, ceramic bracket cement, or temporary cement—all without damage to the enamel.

Quick Disconnect Kits:

• 1/4" Male Quick Disconnect Installation Kit w/ Plastic Tee: Consists of a female disconnect with a barbed tee suitable for a 1/4" air line and a separate male connector that is attached to the MicroEtcher tubing.
• 1/4" Female Quick Disconnect Second Station Kit w/ Plastic Tee: Consists of a female disconnect with a barbed tee suitable for a 1/4" air line.
• Quick Disconnect Kit for Second Lab: Allows easy connection to house air. If an air jet (stopcock) is present, the Lab Quick Disconnect with its female disconnect is designed to be permanently installed on it. The male disconnect is installed on the end of the MicroEtcher tubing. With a female Quick Disconnect installed in both the lab, and the operatory, the MicroEtcher can be used in both places.

Jars:

• Replacement Abrasive Jar with Grommet Lid: For MicroEtcher, MicroEtcher II, and MicroEtcher IIA
• MicroEtcher 10-Pack Filter Jar Caps: Spill resistant abrasive filter. Precision-engineered to prevent contamination in standard jars.

Replacement Parts:

• MicroEtcher II and IIA Tubing with Connector: 6ft Replacement Hose and male Quick Connector for MicroEtcher II and IIA.
• MicroEtcher Pit & Fissure .032/60 Degree Nozzle: Aids in successful application of pit-and-fissure sealants as well as other clinical uses including the removal of remnant cement or intraoral repair of porcelain restorations.
• MicroCab Plus Replacement Filter: Multi-layered replaceable filters that effectively trap small solid particles ejected during microabrasions to protect against clogging of the equipment's engine.
• MicroCab Disposable Window Shields: Protects from harsh abrasives when placed under the cabinet's original window.
