Komet's H48L is a feather edge, finishing and trimming carbide bur for debonding and composite finishing. 12 blades, fine. Matches 862 diamond series (for example, 8862 Feather Edge Diamond Bur, fine grit; 6862 Feather Edge Diamond Bur, coarse grit; and 862EF Feather Edge Diamond Bur, extra-fine grit.
H48L's feather-edge shape gives the clinician more control around the gingival margin while sitting flush against the facial surface of the tooth.
