Product Warranty
At Clinical Research Dental, we recognize and take seriously our responsibility to replace products if they are proven to be defective. Clinical Research Dental does not, however, accept liability for any damage or loss, either direct or consequential, stemming from the use or misuse of any product we distribute. It is the responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for an intended procedure prior to use. The user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith. Equipment:
Equipment does not qualify for returns. The only exception being a manufacturing defect noted upon opening or initial use of the product.
In the event of defective equipment, all product packaging, accessories and components must be returned with the defective equipment. Replacement equipment will be shipped to the customer at no extra cost.
Consumables and Accessories:
Returns on these products must be completed within 30 days of the date of purchase.
All product packaging and seals must be intact.
Any product sent back in any other condition than described above will be sent back to the customer.
Any returns involving NHP product will be subject to a delay in the refund process. This is due to product quality control assessments that are conducted upon arrival to the warehouse.
TRY-IT Guarantee
Purchase any Clinician's Choice brand product for the first time? If you’re not getting the results you expected, call or email us within 30 days of your purchase date. We’ll exchange the product for one that’s ideally suited for your clinical technique. If you’re still not completely satisfied, we’ll provide a refund. Please note, after 30 days, products may not be exchanged or returned.

Product Quality Testing:
Should the quality or performance of any products be held in question, the product will be collected and sent for evaluation by the manufacturer. This process can take 4-6 weeks for total turnaround. Any product that is found to be under performing will be replaced by CRD.
Refund Process:
All qualifying returns will be refunded to the method of payment used at the time of the purchase unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Collection of Returns:
We have partnered with Purolator for all deliveries and returns. Upon request for a return, a waybill will be issued to a confirmed email address to the customer. This email will be from Purolator, not CRD and can often get filtered into junk folders. Please be vigilant as they expire within 4 days of being issued should they go unused.

Print the shipping label

Call Purolator to schedule the pickup

If your office has a regular collection from Purolator you are welcome to give them the package at that time instead.

Package the returning product in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit

Seal the box and attach the shipping label
Please note, any product sent back with the shipping label on the product packaging will not be granted a refund.
All shipping fees will be covered by CRD for return collections.
