Am I eligible for CRD Advantage+?
All Canadian dental private practices and small dental group practices with an active CRD online ordering account are eligible to enroll in CRD Advantage+, provided the practice is not part of a Dental Service Organization (DSO) and does not have a pre-existing negotiated price contract with CRD. How do I earn CRD Advantage+ points?
Members begin earning CRD Advantage+ points as soon as enrollment is complete. Points are earned on virtually all CRD purchases, plus a number of program actions such as attending a CE course, completing your practice profile, completing a survey, and booking your first meeting with your Clinical Advisor. Some exclusions may apply; see the Terms and Conditions for a full list of program exclusions.
Is there an enrollment or annual fee for CRD Advantage+?
No. There is no enrollment fee or annual fee associated with CRD Advantage+.
Is there a minimum purchase amount to earn or redeem points?
No. There is no minimum purchase amount required to earn points. Members can begin redeeming points once their practice reaches Insider tier status.
When can a member begin earning and redeeming points?
Members begin earning points from their first dollar spent once enrollment is complete. Redemption becomes available once the practice reaches Insider tier status, based on the prior calendar year's purchases.
How is my tier status determined?
Tier status is based on your practice's total purchases during the previous full calendar year (January 1 to December 31) and is recalculated once per year, in January.
How can I earn CRD Advantage+ points?

How can I redeem my CRD Advantage+ points?
Members who have reached Insider tier status ($10,000 or more in purchases in the prior calendar year) may redeem points on the CRD Advantage+ Rewards page for product vouchers, CE course vouchers, free shipping, and select products. Some exclusions may apply; see the Terms and Conditions for a full list.
How do I track my points?
You can access your CRD Advantage+ dashboard any time from your CRD online account. The platform uses single sign-on, so logging in to your CRD account is all that is required; there is no separate login for CRD Advantage+.
What is the value of my CRD Advantage+ points?
All CRD Advantage+ points carry a redemption value of 1 point = $0.005 CAD (0.5 cents). For example, 1,000 points equal $5.00 CAD in reward value, and 10,000 points equal $50.00 CAD.
Do CRD Advantage+ points expire?
Points earned at Premier and VIP tier expire 2 years after the date they were issued. Points earned at Insider tier expire 1 year after the date issued. Members practicing in Quebec should refer to the Terms and Conditions for any province-specific rules.
Can I still earn and redeem points if my CRD account has a past due balance?
Yes. You can continue to earn and redeem points on eligible purchases even if your CRD account has an outstanding past due balance.
Will I only earn points when ordering online? What if I order by phone or through my Clinical Advisor?
It does not matter how you place your order. Points are earned equally for all eligible purchases regardless of whether the order is placed online, by phone, or through your Clinical Advisor.
