John Bogle

DMD, MS, FRCD(C)

Dr. Bogle is a native of Alberta and grew up in the small agricultural town of Milk River. After attending the University of Calgary, majoring in Chemistry, he graduated from Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where he met his wife, Dr. Rachel Bogle.

Dr. Bogle's endodontic training was completed at the University of Minnesota, with research focused on treatment outcomes using a chlorhexidine based medicament. He is a Registered Specialist in Endodontics. 

He and his family love the outdoors, including camping, hiking and cross/downhill skiing.

This course is designed to give you the most practical knowledge needed in order to operate at the highest

level of excellence and to improve the quality of your endodontic therapy. Focus will be on creating predictable,

efficient and excellent care through a “what you need to know” approach of hand/rotary instrumentation,

irrigation and obturation.


Through an interactive multimedia lecture followed by a clinician driven hands-on session, your skill will improve

instantly. At the conclusion of this course each participant will be able to perform more effective and successful

endodontic treatments by understanding the most up-to-date methods and materials. Improve your clinical

  • Mastering Endodontic Access and Instrumentation

  • Predictable local anesthesia and improving patient comfort
  • Access design and modifications with complex coronal restorations
  • The latest technology in Instruments and Equipment to assist with locating, cleaning & shaping, and obturating all canal systems, Including the use of modern  Heat-Treated Nickel Titanium Instruments to conservatively negotiate and shape the Root canal system
  • Irrigation techniques – positive and negative pressure
  • Warm vertical / modified single cone obturation techniques

Hands-On Exercises:

  • The Hands-on component will include demonstration of Canal Instrumentation and Obturation with one-on-one assistance
